The USM HelpDesk provides computing support to staff, faculty and students on the Gorham, Lewiston and Portland campuses. You may call or e-mail us with questions about computer hardware, software, networking, e-mail, viruses and related topics. Callers will receive an immediate answer, or a followup call or visit from a technician.
