Respondus for Blackboard

Four campuses of the University of Maine system have formed a Respondus consortium for Respondus software. The member institutions of this consortium are: University of Southern Maine, University of Maine at Augusta, University of Maine at Presque Isle and University of Maine at Fort Kent. Please be sure to read all of this document prior to downloading and installing Respondus. Respondus is a Windows application that enhances the functionality and usability of Blackboard and WebCT's exam and survey tools. See the Respondus web site for a list of the Respondus features.
It's important to note that you are not able to download the software directly from the Respondus website. Instead, please use the link below. In order to download Respondus for BlackBoard, you will need to know your University of Maine System account username and password. If you use the University PeopleSoft Human Resources system, University modem pool, have a UNET CMS account, use DSIS, access WebFAST, approve student time cards, or your e-mail account is at maine.edu, then you have a University of Maine System account username which can download the software. If you do not know what your University of Maine System account username or password is, please call our HelpDesk at 780-4029 or visit it in 144 Luther Bonney Hall on the Portland campus.
