The USM Computing HelpDesk provides computing support to students, faculty and staff on the Gorham, Lewiston and Portland campuses. You may call (207-780-4029) or e-mail (helpdesk@usm.maine.edu) us with questions about computing resources at USM, including computer hardware, software, networking, e-mail, viruses, access to web-based resources and related topics. See Location & Hours if you'd like to visit.
Callers will receive an immediate answer, or a followup email, call or visit from a technician. E-mail will be responded to by the next business day.
