Service Learning Activity Report

At the end of each semester the Office of Community Service Learning asks faculty to report the service learning activity of their students.  If one or more of your courses had a service learning component would you please complete the Service Learning Activity Report Form below.  The form will be sent directly to Alicia Sampson, Service Learning Coordinator.  The Office of Community Service Learning appreciates being kept informed  about your work as it helps us better tell the story of engaged learning at USM.
