Professor Andrew Coburn, chair of the Muskie School’s Master of Public Health program and director of the Cutler Institute’s Population Health and Health Policy research program, joined Maine Calling host Keith Shortall for a discussion of the June 28 Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act.
Professor Coburn was joined by public health and legal experts Dmitry Dam, of the UMaine School of Law; Joe Ditre, Consumers for Affordable Health Care; and Joel Allumbaugh, Maine Heritage Policy Center.
