Muskie School alumna, youth development director featured on Maine Watch

Muskie alumna Dianna Walters and Marty Zanghi, director of youth development at the Muskie School, joined Therese Cahill-Low, director of the DHHS Office of Child and Family Services, and host Jennifer Rooks for a special Maine Watch: Aging out of Foster Care.

Dianna, who experienced the Maine foster care system first-hand, is a policy associate at the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative and a 2012 graduate of the Muskie School’s Public Policy and Management program.
