This course at the USM Action Learning Center, Wolfe’s Neck Farm, Freeport, Maine, focuses on problem solving and decision making skills, self- confidence building, interpersonal skills, team building strategies, and leadership development training. Experiential learning activities include sequenced "hands on" initiatives designed to meet the objectives of the participants. A major goal is the development of leadership skills and the transfer of these skills into other environments, organizations, and institutions. This is a fee course ($50.00).
