This handbook has been prepared to assist students and faculty in the
Counselor Education Program.
It has been designed to provide the major rules and regulations
of the program or department that are not contained in the
USM Graduate Catalog.
Suggestions on the part of all who use
these PDF documents are encouraged. Please send your comments
directly to the Program Coordinator at the University of Southern
Maine.
