Julie Alexandrin is an associate professor in Special Education in the Department of Professional Education. She comes to USM from Saint Joseph College in West Hartford, CT where she was an associate professor in Special Education and Diversity Education and the Director of the Special Education Program. Julie has a doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut. One of her responsibilities at USM will be to design a new masters program in Special Education. Julie’s areas of research and expertise include hidden disabilities and mental illnesses. |
