Mark W. Steege, Ph.D., Professor and Clinical Director in School Psychology
Dr. Steege has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Iowa State University, an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.)in School Psychology from The University of Iowa and a doctor of Philospohy (Ph.D.) from the Unviersity of Iowa. Dr. Steege holds professional credentials as a Licensed Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Certified School Psychological Service Provider.
Dr. Steege teaches courses in behavioral assessment, behavioral consultation, internship supervision, and applied research.
Dr. Steege's research interests include the application of applied behavior analysis methodologies with persons with developmental disabilities. Recent publications include a book on functional behavioral assessment (2003), several contributions to The Encyclopedia of School Psyhcology (2004), book chapters in a book on problem solving models of school pyschology practice (2005) and an upcoming book on response to intervention (in press).
