The Eight Seasons - Portland Chamber Orchestra

USM School of Music Spotlight Concert Series

The Portland Chamber Orchestra will perform Vivaldi's ever-popular "Four Seasons" alongside Argentine Tango-master Astor Pizzola's own "Four Seasons of Buenos Aires". The Portland Chamber Orchestra is made up of many of the top professional musicians in New England including artist faculty from the USM School of Music. Music Director Robert Lehmann will conduct and share soloist duties with PSO concertmaster, Charles Dimmick.

Thomas Moore: Narrative, Dream and the Life of Soul

Thomas Moore is the author of Care of the Soul, which spent forty-six weeks on the New York Times bestseller list, and fifteen other books on deepening spirituality and cultivating soul in every aspect of life. He has been a monk, a musician, a university professor, and a psychotherapist, and today he lectures widely on holistic medicine, spirituality, psychotherapy, and ecology.

Join Thomas Moore as he discusses a profound question: How can we find the meaning and shape of our lives?

Mr. Moore will sign books after the event, and books will be available for purchase.
