Effective coaches use work problems as opportunities to develop strengths in their employees for the future. Using real-life case studies, participants will learn the difference between coaching and supervision. Discover how to utilize coachable moments to bring out the best in others and how to continuously build the skills and motivation of employees. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • identify the differences between supervision and coaching.
  • understand the benefits of coaching.
  • define a step-by-step process for effective coaching.

Lynne specializes in helping people develop their leadership and presentation skills. With over 20 years of experience in management and training, she brings a wealth of practical experience to the classroom.
