Performance Appraisals: An Ongoing Process

Performance appraisals are very important in providing direction and feedback. Too often though, they are uncomfortable and unproductive. This workshop is designed to teach supervisors, team leaders and managers how to establish performance standards and conduct meaningful performance evaluations. Participants will learn how to ensure the process is ongoing, positive, and results-oriented. Topics will include:

  • attitudes regarding performance appraisals
  • setting the standards
  • communicating honestly with employees
  • filling out the evaluation form
  • preparing a development plan
  • conducting the performance review meeting

Lynne specializes in helping people develop their leadership and presentation skills. With over 20 years of experience in management and training, she brings a wealth of practical experience to the classroom.
