Payment for Summer Session courses is due at Time of
registration.*
Payment can be made via the IVR
(Interactive Voice Response) system, 24
hours a day/ 7 days a week (Student ID# & PIN# are required).

*If payment is not made at time of registration
a late payment fee of $50.00 is assessed to the account
(maximum of $200.00).

Summer Unified Fee
The summer unified fee is a mandatory $13.00 per credit
hour charge. The money generated by this fee is used
to cover fixed costs of providing educational services that
may not already be supported by tuition.
Summer Administration Fee
This is a mandatory $35.00 per student charge.

Summer Parking and Transportation
Fee
A mandatory fee is assessed to all students registered for
courses emanating from Portland and/or Gorham campuses.
The fee structure is as follows:
0.5-5.5 credits..............$30.00
6.0-11.9 credits............$45.00
12+ credits...................$60.00
Lewiston Auburn College
Parking Fee
This fee is assessed to
students registered for courses being held on the LAC campus:
$3.00/ credit hour
Online Course Enrollment Fee
Students registering for
classes offered via the World Wide Web are assessed a $25.00
per credit hour fee.
Payment Plan-3 payments
The University offers a
three payment plan for the Summer 2008 semester.
At the time of registration, the student must
pay one-third of the total balance due to enroll in payment
plan. Subsequent payments are due on April 25, 2008
& May 23, 2008.
Students electing this option are assessed a non-refundable
$30.00 payment plan fee. Payment plan
bills will be e-mailed no less than five days in advance of the
payment due date. If
payment is late, a $50.00 late payment fee is assessed each
month.
Students who don't make timely payments may be prohibited from
using the payment plan and required to make payment in full
before future registrations are accepted.
Financial Aid Deadline:
Financial aid must cover the entire Summer 2008 balance no
later than May 23, 2008, in order to be considered on-time.
If financial aid doesn't arrive until after this date, late
payment fees will be non-refundable. Please contact the
Financial Aid office to make sure all documents are complete.
Students who drop
a course or withdraw from the University may receive partial
refunds of tuition based upon the following schedule

Refunds for courses that
meet for less than 4 weeks or longer than 7 weeks
will be determined manually by the Registrar's Office or the
Portland Student Billing Office.
