Credit Card
Authorization Information
Thank you for considering enrolling in
the credit card authorization program. This
letter is to inform you of how the credit card authorization process
works.
The initial payment will be processed
once the signed authorization card is received at one of the Student
Billing Offices. A billing notification will be sent via the
student's university e-mail account, preferably 7-10 days prior to the due dates. The
purpose of this notification is to remind the student of when the
next installment will be due.
If there is a discrepancy in the
amount due, feel free to contact Holly at (207) 780-4696, before the due date.
Otherwise, the amount due from the bill will be charged accordingly.
Once the
transaction has been processed, you will be able to review your
statement online at
WebDSIS.
A receipt will NOT be mailed. WebDSIS will reflect a payment
once the transaction has been processed.
NOTE: If
the credit card provided gets declined, a late payment fee of $50.00
will be assessed to the student account.
This credit card
authorization is only valid for one semester at a time. A new
credit card authorization must be completed each semester.
