Surplus items are offered for sale by the University Of Southern Maine, Office of Property Management. This offer is extended to USM departments, faculty, staff, students, and outside buyers. Some Items listed, are available exclusively to USM departments for the first 30 days. Items not sold within this time frame will then become available for general sale. USM reserves the right to reject all outside offers when in conflict with the benefit of all university departments. All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS"
