           PRINTING SERVICES


USM Printing Services is The University's in-house printing and publishing facility dedicated to the University of Southern Maine community and available to all campuses of the University of Maine System. Printing Services is a full service print shop with full color off-set printing, high-speed digital printers, both black & white and full color, full post-press capabilities, and design support. Printing Services covers all the needs of the University including four-color process, single and multi-color printing. Some of the products include business forms, stationery & envelopes, advertising materials, business cards, classroom materials and custom course packs with complete copyright services. Printing Services collaborates with USM Mail Services to offer a full service letter shop with all mail merge, folding, inserting, tabbing, custom addressing, and mailing capabilities to the University. The letter shop can be reached at 780-5245. Please visit USM Printing Services at either 501 Forest Avenue in Portland or on the Gorham campus at 5 Bailey Hall. We welcome digital work submission via the eWebSubmit as well as on CD with a completed Print Order Form. Please call the Portland campus at 780-4065 or the Gorham campus at 780-5452 with any questions or to ask for help with any of your graphic art needs.

USM Printing Services performs all aspects of copyright clearance for custom course packs. Requests for custom course packs must be submitted with a complete bibliography and a Custom Packet Request Form. The bibliography must provide all standard APA and/or MLA citation information. A link to the course packet form is available at the bottom of this page.
