Relationship Manager in the Community Middle Market division managing 40 commercial banking accounts representing over $40 million in loan outstandings. Responsibilities include account management, prospect conversion, and cross-sell of corporate banking services. Accomplishments include being recognized as the CMM lead sales person for prospect conversions in 1998 and second in new incremental revenue.

Vice President and International Banking Manager 1992-1997.
Responsible for the development and marketing of Key Bank's international financial services, including letters of credit, foreign collections, foreign exchange, multi-currency accounts and trade finance capabilities. Also responsible for marketing Key Bank's cash management services in Maritime Canada. Conducted workshops for Maine exporters and participated on numerous panel presentations on international trade. Responsibilities included development of operational systems, marketing materials, training of all commercial loan officers and branch managers, and sales calls to clients and prospects of the bank. Promoted to Vice President after being with the bank less than one year.

Made presentations and represented Maine at meetings with senior foreign government officials and international business executives in Maine and abroad. Represented Maine on the New England Governors Conference's International Trade Directors Committee and National Association State Development Agencies' International Advisory Board.
