In his first three years of coaching Division III college tennis, Coach St. Peter's players have won four singles and one doubles championship at the Little East Conference Championships. St. Peter is also a successful high school tennis coach where, in the last five years, his teams had a record of 49 wins and 7 losses. He is the founder of the Grand Slam Tennis Camps and the USM Champions Tennis Camp; he coaches more than 500 junior players each year.

St. Peter has been a certified professional tennis instructor by the United States Professional Tennis registry for 17 years. He ranked 14th in the State of Maine open tennis in 1994.

St. Peter teaches tennis professionally at the Portland Athletic Club in Falmouth.
