Criteria: This scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in technology education or applied technical education, with priority going to those students who are nontraditional. Nontraditional students are defined as those qualified for independent status by federal financial aid regulations. Recipients must be enrolled at least half-time (6 hours per semester) in order to receive the award. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required and recipients must have financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.

This scholarship application requires two written recommendations, at least one of which is from a faculty member in your major department.
