Criteria: Eligible students will be enrolled as full-time students with a declared major in USM's Computer Science programs either at the undergraduate or graduate level; be incoming their sophomore year or higher (at least 23 earned credits), be Maine residents, and have at least a 3.0 GPA. A student may apply for and receive a scholarship more than once, but previous award of a scholarship does not guarantee that the same student will receive an additional scholarship.
