In addition to the many scholarship's offered by the University, the School of Applied Science, Engineering, and Technology has several scholarships specifically intended for students enrolling or planning to enroll in ASET degree programs.
There are two general categories of scholarships: incoming student and continuing student.
The incoming student category is intended for students that plan on attending USM in one of the degree programs designated by a particular scholarship. These awards are given based a variety of criteria such as academic potential, career interest, and financial need. While there is no specific application process, you can contact Bonnie Stearns if you are interested in being considered for one of the awards. Click here for additional information on incoming student scholarships.
The second category is designed to provide scholarships to students currently enrolled in a designated degree program. These awards are generally used to recognize academic performance. Most of these awards require a nomination or specific application. Click here for more information on continuing student scholarships.
