Fred Lynch

Part-time Professor of Fine Art

University of Southern Maine

Fred Lynch has been teaching Drawing, Painting, and Design on a part-time basis at USM since 1981. Fred, along with his wife Janice, who is also a painter, lives and maintains a studio in Saco, Maine since 1996. In addition to teaching at USM he has been a Visiting Painting Instructor for two years at Colby College in Waterville , Maine. Fred Lynch's work is represented by the ICON Gallery in Brunswick, Maine and has shown there annually since 1996. He has work in the collections of the University of Southern Maine, Portland Museum of Art, DeCordova Museum, the Unum-Provident Company and the Portland Public Library
