The ceramic program offers a vibrant education in a multiple of processes from the hand thrown and functional to the large scale sculptural. Involving both gas and electric processes students are instructed in high and low fire techniques as well as raku. With a vibrant ceramics tradition in the state of Maine many students go on to work professionally, while others enter graduate programs. Look at some of work below.
