Welcome to the University of Southern Maine’s Action Learning Center website. The ALC has been providing safe and challenging experiential education programs for over 20 years. We offer customized programs at our 70 acre ropes course in Freeport, Maine or at the location of your choice.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Action Learning Center is to provide safe and challenging experiential education programming for individuals of all ages and physical abilities. The ALC is dedicated to providing educational and team-building opportunities that enhance and expand the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social resources of our participants.
