International Students

All students whose native language is not English are required to submit the official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).  Test scores must be sent directly from Educational Testing Service, Princeton, New Jersey.  All official secondary and post secondary transcripts must be accompanied by official English translations.  SAT and ACT scores are optional.

The $40 application fee cannot be waived, and the check must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

Due to limitations on available financial aid, applications are encouraged only from international students who are able to fully fund their educational expenses from their own resources.  To certify this, a Declaration of Finances form must be filed along with documentation and certification of financial support as part of the application process.  This form is available online.  Canadian citizens can download the Canadian Declaration of Finances form, while all other international citizens should download the International Declaration of Finances form.

International applicants are encouraged to apply online.
