Financial aid is available to adult students attending USM on at least a half-time basis (6 credits/semester). Financial aid packages are need-based, and may include a combination of grants, loans, and work-study awards. To receive priority consideration for financial aid, applications must be received by the federal processor by February 15. This will ensure that USM receives the federal data by our March 1 deadline. Learn more from the Office of Financial Aid.
Our Learning Centers offer numerous services to assist you in your studies. Workshops on study skills, test-taking, and other topics are available, as well as trained student tutors and specialized assistance in math, writing, and other areas.
