Gorham Mail Schedule

GORHAM CAMPUS

A.M.

9:00 - Off-Campus mail is picked up and sorted.

10:30 - ¹Off-campus mail and previous day's inter-campus mail is delivered to offices. Out-going mail is picked up.

11:45 - Out-going mail is sorted and processed [e.g., metered, etc.).

P.M.

1:45 - Portland inter-campus mail arrives-is sorted and in mailboxes by 3:15 p.m.

2:00 - Inter-campus mail leaves for Portland campus.

2:30 - ¹UPS mail delivered to mailroom. The mail is sorted and prepared for next-day delivery. This process takes approximately 1/2 hour.  All Overnight, Express, 2^nd Day and 3 Day Delivery Mail is processed and delivered on the day it is received.

2:30 - 3:00 – ¹USPS outgoing mail is picked up by the Post Office between these hours.

4:30 - Mailroom closes. [Mailroom prepares for closing at 4:15 p.m.)

UPS, Next Day Air, Federal Express, Purolator, Airbourne, etc. may arrive at any time during a regular business day.

Times may vary - especially on Mondays and holiday weekends due to heavier mail volume.
