SED 692: Transition From School to Adult Life
This course introduces participants to the concept of transition from school to work and community living for secondary students (7-12th graders) with disabilities. Students develop skills in interdisciplinary team planning and an awareness of community resources necessary to aid students with disabilities in achieving career goals and a satisfactory adjustment to adult life.
