ELE 463 Solid State Electronic Devices

The theory of selected solid state electronic devices and an introduction to device fabrication technology. Devices studied include bipolar junction-based structures, MOS and optoelectronic devices. An occasional laboratory period may be substituted for equivalent class time. Prerequisite: ELE 262. Lecture 3 hrs. 1 Design Cr.
